BRYAN
Bryan Ladislas
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Bryan is originally from the Chicagoland area and served as a physical therapist in the United States Army after graduating with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the Army-Baylor University Program in San Antonio, TX. He relocated to Lake Havasu in 2017 with his wife and daughter, and he enjoys spending time with them playing games, watching movies, and building with LEGO. Bryan is passionate about educating his patients and helping them improve their quality of life by achieving their physical goals.
Bryan is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist and has obtained advanced training and certification in dry needling.

TOM
Tom White
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Tom graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from Pennsylvania State University before achieving his doctorate in physical therapy at Alvernia University. He was born and raised in St. James, Missouri and enjoys sporting activities and spending time in the great outdoors with his dog. Tom relocated to Lake Havasu City in June of 2019 after joining the Lakeside team. He has a passion for physical therapy and working with people to promote physical function and improve the quality of life for his patients. Tom has aspirations of pursuing specializations in the fields of clinical orthopedics and manual therapy.

JEN
Jennifer Molyneux
Physical Therapist
Jen was born in Aberdeen, Scotland. Growing up Jen was an alpine skier and represented her country throughout junior levels and developed an interest in physical therapy following a skiing injury. She graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University and she has worked in the United Kingdom in hospital and health centers specializing in orthopedic conditions and injuries. Jen also spent 9 years working at Manchester United Football Club Academy and has worked with many current professional soccer players. In 2018, she moved to Lake Havasu and joined Lakeside in 2020. Whilst not in work, Jen will be seen at the side of a soccer field supporting her 3 boys.

GAIL
Gail Martin
Physical Therapist
Gail is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach. She relocated to enjoy the wonderful outdoor life and community. Gail has many years of experience with the geriatric population, specializing in balance and flexibility rehabilitation. She also was the Spine Center manager, overseeing the orthopedic physician clinic that specialized in complex spine surgeries , scoliosis and the management of spinal injuries and pathology.

SHANNON
Shannon Lawless
Physical Therapy Assistant
Shannon is a graduate of the Mohave Community College Physical Therapist Assistant program and has been practicing for two and half years. Shannon has two children is married and has resided in Lake Havasu for 17 years.
In her free time she enjoys exercise, camping with her family and attending concerts.

ZACH
Zach Waggoner
Physical Therapy Assistant
Zach was born and raised in Lake Havasu City, he spent a year out in Phoenix before returning to Lake Havasu. He worked as a physical therapy technician for four years before deciding to return to school at Mohave Comminity College for his Physical Therapist Assistant degree. He graduated in 2021 and now is apart of the Lakeside Physical Therapy team as a Physical Therapy Assistant.

BRIAN
Brian Vanderpas
Physical Therapy Assistant
Brian graduated in 2019 with an Associate in Applied Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) from Mohave Community College. He is a Lake Havasu City native and enjoys spending his free time with his friends outdoors. He has a passion for physical fitness and applies that passion daily with his patients. Brian strives to expand his knowledge with continuing education to fortify his high quality of care.

JENNIFER
Jennifer Kaley
Physical Therapy Assistant
Jennifer graduated from Mohave Community College with her degree in Physical Therapy Assistant in 2013. She enjoys being out in nature, paddle boarding, yoga, dancing, pilates, and spending time with her family. Jennifer has a love for helping her patients get back into shape so they are able to enjoy their life.
